AGREEMENT
The Cross Country Emmaus Community
("CCEC"), is recognized by and in a written agreement, with the Upper
Room of Nashville, TN., as an Emmaus Community with all rights and
privileges thereof.
The CCEC Board of Directors, which administers the
policies and procedures of this regional Emmaus Community, located in North
Central West Texas, in accordance with their charter agreement with the
Upper Room, has authorized this internet web site and the use of the name
and logo of Cross Country Emmaus Community, for the benefit and promotion
of this community.
The web site was designed and is maintained at no
cost to the Cross Country Emmaus Community, by a member of the community,
as an act of Agape. The Webmaster has been given permission, by the Board
of Directors, to include on this site, the use of the name and logo of
Cross Country Emmaus Community, and any material or information that is not
contrary to the purposes and policies of Cross Country Emmaus Community or
The Upper Room.
The Cross Country Emmaus Community and The Upper
Room specifically deny any and all responsibility or liability for any
articles, items, views or opinions displayed or expressed on this website,
which may be contrary to the purposes, policies, procedures and/or
agreement authorizing the use of anything associated with "Walk to
Emmaus".
Materials submitted to the Webmaster for inclusion
hereon, are screened for content, so as not to violate any policy or
agreement authorizing the use of the "Walk to Emmaus" programs
through The Upper Room. And while every reasonable and prudent effort will
be made to see that the trust and confidence of the Upper Room and Cross
Country Emmaus Community is not violated and/or compromised, all articles,
materials, views and/or opinions expressed hereon, are strictly those of
the person authoring the same.
No statement herein is meant to imply, infer or
represent an official policy or position of Cross Country Emmaus Community
or The Upper Room, as to the content of this web site.
